The two popular models G and M were introduced by emailing sales newsletters and distributing the newsletters in close range of garages. This selective promotion helped to find new customers.


The campaign helped to increase the response rate by 1.5%. The newsletter increased the leads at the Alfa Romeo Garages by 3% and the sale by 20%.
