Without a functioning team it doesn’t work even with touchpoints. Everyone has to get down to it in order to achieve a good result for our customers. This is always easy for me, because the challenges posed by ongoing #digitisation change current and existing projects and processes and thus our way of working.
That’s why we work in the touchpoints team with specialists who, in addition to their specialist knowledge, can also bring in a broad backpack of experience, be it practical knowledge, experience from industries or languages
We can rely on external partners and freelancers where we need further specialist knowledge.
So the touchpoints team is able to handle even complex requests with commitment and heart and soul. Of course we would like to introduce the team in the following.
