In our company-owned inbox in Winkel, we directly receive all correspondence that comes to Ringier in the context of subscription changes, letters or complaints. Touchpoints thus takes over the digitisation of all physical incoming mail and, if necessary, distributes it to the responsible office for follow-up. The captured data is made available to the customer promptly and in digital form via an interface. In this way, we ensure a flawless incoming mail process and fast and clean data capture for Ringier.
We have taken over the set-up of the digitisation service for the client, from incoming mail to the digital transmission of the data, and continue to do so on an ongoing basis.
